On Friday February 24, 2017 at 17:49 hours: Station 1 alerted for a structure fire on Stewarts Road. Units arrived on scene to find a shed fully involved threatening the residential structure. Crews quickly were able to bring the fire under control. Tankers were used to establish a water supply.
Units on scene: E11, E1, T1, SQ1, EMS2, C102, C103, E41, M41, R31, New Kent T503, E581, CP501, and Multiple POV’s
At 18:23 hours: Units dispatched to a MVA at the intersection of Barnes Road and Old Stage Road. Units arrived on scene to find a multi vehicle accident. Multiple Medics units were requested from York County and New Kent County to assist with transports.
Units on scene: E41, M41, EMS2, York County M5, New Kent A505, West Point SQ3
Station 1 units also handle addition an EMS call and a fire alarm.
